Terms of service

Last updated November 1, 2026

Calm UI Pro (pro.calmui.dev) is run by Akash Moradiya, referred to here as "we" or "us". By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with GitHub or Google. An account belongs to one person. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your license key private.

Plans and payment

Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. Polar processes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipts and invoices. Polar's own terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are in US dollars.

We may change our prices or run discounts. Changes only apply to new purchases, never to one you've already made, and we don't refund the difference if the price drops later. Adding another year to a 1 Year plan is a new purchase at the price shown at that time.

Your license

While your plan is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify Calm UI Pro blocks. One license covers one developer. Teams need a license for each developer who uses the blocks.

You may use the blocks in:

You may not:

When a plan ends

When a 1 Year plan runs out, you can no longer install blocks with the shadcn CLI or view their code on our site. Blocks already in your projects stay licensed to you under the terms above, and you can keep using them.

License keys

Your license key lets the shadcn CLI download blocks on your behalf. Keep it out of public repositories. If it leaks, regenerate it on your account page. We may disable keys that are shared or used in ways that look like abuse, such as automated bulk downloading.

Refunds

All sales are final, with a few exceptions described in our refund policy.

Changes to Calm UI Pro

We add new blocks and improve existing ones over time. We may also change or remove blocks, and change how the site works.

No warranty

Calm UI Pro is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the blocks accessible, responsive and free of bugs, but we can't guarantee they're error-free or suitable for every purpose. Test them in your own projects before you ship.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your access

If you break these terms, for example by redistributing the blocks or sharing your license key, we may disable your account and license key without a refund.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and for significant changes we'll email you. Continuing to use Calm UI Pro after an update means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. This doesn't take away any consumer rights you have under the laws of the country you live in.
