Refund policy

When we do refund

We'll give you a full refund if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase by mistake
• You can't access Calm UI Pro after paying, and we can't fix it for you within 7 days of you reporting it

Request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

How to ask for one

Email support@calmui.dev from the address on your account, with your receipt or order number and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar, our payment provider, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

What a refund means

A refund ends your Pro access. You can no longer install blocks or view their code, and you may not keep using blocks you got with that purchase.

Before you dispute a charge

Please email us first. Almost every problem can be fixed faster that way than through a card dispute.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.
