Calm UI Pro is run by Akash Moradiya. We collect only what we need to run your account and your license, and we don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Account details from GitHub or Google when you sign in: your name, email address, profile picture and account ID with that provider.
- Session details: your IP address and browser, saved with each sign-in to keep your account secure.
- License key usage: your key, when it was last used, and how many requests it makes, so we can spot leaked keys and abuse.
- Purchases: which plan you bought, when, and when it expires. Polar handles your payment details. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
To sign you in, check your plan, deliver blocks to the shadcn CLI, answer support requests, and send important emails about your account or purchase. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's storage to remember your light or dark theme. We don't use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.
Who processes your data
These services run parts of Calm UI Pro for us:
- Vercel, which hosts the site
- PlanetScale, which hosts our database in the United States
- Polar, our merchant of record, which handles payments, taxes and receipts
- GitHub and Google, which handle sign-in
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove your account details, sessions and license key. We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing support@calmui.dev. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top, and email you about significant changes.
